 Barcelona, Real Madrid, Inter and Brazil legend Ronaldo was named the fifth inductee to the Goal Hall of Fame on Friday.

The iconic forward is the subject of our exclusive video interview with contemporaries Gaizka Mendieta and Dietmar Hamann, who played against Ronaldo in the 2002 World Cup final, discussing the 38-year-old's stunning impact on the global game. Compatriot Sandro also pays tribute to the striker.

Over 100,000 of you from all over the world voted for the Goal Hall of Fame, which opens its doors this week, with five global icons of the sport's history acknowledged.
