Rumour Mill: Arsenal lodge bid; Spurs winger to leave

Arsenal have made an official approach for a Serie A full-back, while Tottenham’s Nacer Chadli is set to join a Premier League rival, all in Thursday’s transfer rumours.

Arsenal
