MFM down Ikorodu United in Lagos derby thriller

.
Victory for Fidelis Ilechukwu’s men compounded Ikorodu’s misery as Abdullahi’s goal proved consolation
MFM Football Club FC breezed past Ikorodu United 3-1 in a Match Day 25 fixture at the Agege Stadium.
Goals from Sikiru Olatunbosun, Stephen Odey and Ifeanyi Ifeanyi were all the Olukoya Boys needed to tear apart the Oga Boys in the Lagos derby watched by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.
Obanor Erhun's free kick was spilled by Oga Boys’ keeper Segun Fatunwase into Sikiru Olatunbosun’s path who had the simple task of tucking home the rebound.
MFM midfielder Obanor fouled Moses Ebiye in the area, and Ikorodu United skipper Fatai Abdullahi netted the equaliser from the penalty spot.
Second half goals from Odey and Ifeanyi's late penalty secured victory for the Olukoya Boys.
