Roy Hodsgon has made no changes to the starting XI which faced Russia as they gear up to face Wales.
The Three Lions are looking to improve on their opening day draw with Russia when they take on Gareth Bale and Co. on Thursday.
And Hodgson has named the same starting XI as the team which opened their campaign as they look to enhance their chances of finishing top of the group.
Wales, meanwhile, have made three changes to the side which beat Slovakia in their first game of the tournament.
Joe Ledley and Wayne Hennessey take up their place in the first team, alongside Hal Robson-Kanu, who scored the winning goal against Slovakia.
England XI: Hart, Walker, Rose, Cahill, Smalling, Sterling, Lallana, Kane, Rooney, Dier, Alli.
Wales XI: Hennessey, Gunter, Chester, Williams, Taylor, Davies, Ledley, Ramsey, Allen, Robson-Kanu, Bale.
