Chelsea brushed aside Galatasaray with a 2-0 win on Tuesday to ruin Didier Drogba's hopes of a winning return to his former club in the second-leg of their last-16 Champions League tie.
The two sides played out a 1-1 draw with the 2011-12 winners at the Turk Telekom Arena last month but the Blues coasted to victory at Stamford Bridge, while Real Madrid followed up their massive first-leg 6-1 win with a 3-1 victory at home to Schalke.
