The Serie A side are hoping to enhance their
attacking options following the sale of Gonzalo Higuain, but were told
by Tottenham that the England attacker is not for sale
The Partenopei saw star striker Gonzalo Higuain move to Juventus for €90 million this summer, and despite buying Arkadiusz Milik from Ajax for €32m, are hoping to boost their attacking options further.
The Italian side made an ambitious enquiry to Spurs over the 23-year-old England international, but were told by the Premier League side that he is not for sale.
Napoli have already seen advances for Inter's Mauro Icardi turned down as the hunt for another attacker continues.
