We are in a tough situation, says Abia Warriors' Simone

,

Kennedy Boboye's men slumped to their third straight defeat when they lost to Flying Antelopes but the striker insists they will return to winning ways.

Abia Warriors striker Bolaji Simone is hopeful that the Umuahia outfit will end their bad run of form soon.
The Umuahia-based club have been on a free fall since that 5-0 loss to Kano Pillars, having lost to Plateau United at home.
That poor form continued on Friday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium when Enugu Rangers handed them a 2-1 defeat, but Simone insist that the bad patch will end soon.
"We are trying our best to encourage ourselves because it's not easy at all being in this situation. But I know that we shall be victorious in our next match," Simone said.
"All what has been happening to us (Abia warriors) is just a trial,  we shall over come it and get back to wining ways soon.
"We just have to lift up our head and work as one, I know we will get through this tough times before our next home game.
" To our  wonderful fans out there I really appreciate you all for your effort and I promise you all that in our next match you all will all be happy together again as one family. I love you all. Up Abia Warriors!."
